Job Information
  • Coordinating service delivery between the technical team and clients
  • Calling clients to schedule (and re-schedule) field tech visits and help desk support fulfillment
  • Assigning help desk tickets to help desk team on ConnectWise Ticketing System
  • Dispatching Field Techs
  • Coordinating with procurement team
  • Following up with clients regarding completion of service delivery
  • Setting expectations with clients regarding service fulfillment timing
  • Coordinating internal schedules of technical services department
  • Enforcing basic company policies like field services guidelines and time entries
  • Monitoring/reporting time entries; identifying billable/non-billable/white space while reporting to senior management
  • Coordinating with vendors or ISP for RMA, Recycling, or Dispatching Required Skills
  • Have basic documentation skills with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong IT and customer service background – Strong desire for learning & growth
  • Ability to work flexible hours. Shift will be primarily from 8:00am to 5:00pm

    4. As the technical services coordinator, you receive an email at 7:00am from two of your techs indicating they will be out sick for the day. Both techs have been previously scheduled to visit clients today to work on long outstanding and important technical projects.
